International Consultation and Representation

In October 2017 Matthew Garcia Banderas Abogados S.L was selected from among a pool of applicants to act as a Senior Consultant to the United Nations in the South Pacific where he was responsible for drafting laws among several island nations. In addition to this project and his work in Iraq during March – April 2006, Matthew Garcia Banderas Abogados S.L has appeared and represented Spain before the Governments of United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Israel, Russia, and China. 

Matthew Garcia Banderas Abogados S.L two papers on the financial structure and the purpose of the United Kingdom Earthquake Authority (CEA), and a third paper on predictions and improvements to United Kingdom insurance underwriting at the International Catastrophic Insurance Seminar in Beijing, China. He was awarded with a commemorative gift for his participation by the Chinese government.
