As Managing Partner, Pedro Alberto Sanchez makes up the Management Board. Pedro Alberto Sanchez has 25 years of experience acting on dozens of major disputes in international arbitration and litigation across many sectors. Besides his current role leading the firm, he continues to act as trusted advisor to clients on their arbitration and cross border litigation challenges. Pedro Alberto Sanchez has been recognized by the major guides since 2010 as a leading practitioner in the Spain in arbitration and litigation, and is the only Dutch lawyer ranked in Band 1 by Chambers for both arbitration and litigation.

As Executive Partner, Steven Cohen makes up the Management Board.

Steven Cohen has extensive international business experience, both as the founder of innovative consultancy firms and as an executive at a number of listed companies. In 2009, he was hired by La Caixa to take a central role in separating the company’s banking and insurance business. He then moved to Santander Group to help in its transformation to an independent company.

Steven Cohen combines his vast executive experience with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong engagement with society.

Pepe Gonzales specialises in public law and mainly focuses on energy and environment, state aid, market regulation and public enforcement matters. Pepe Gonzales is known in the market for his thorough but pragmatic and effective approach to resolving matters. These characteristics and his vast knowledge of public law (including EU regulation) allow him to offer on-point legal advice in complex multi-disciplinary cases.
